I was SUUPPPEERR tired, dunno why, just felt like dozing off during class, cannot tahan, anw, i'm on this diet just so you guys know, it restricts me to about 1100-1200 calories A DAY, which is like, 1 bowl of wanton mee with 2 chicken wingsticks, ONE only, sianz, and i'm supposed to keep this up for 2 weeks before continuing to phase 2, which is slightly better in terms of what i can eat.
