Thursday, January 17, 2008 ( @ 8:28 PM ) Anyways, while i was gymming the other day, i thought of a joke... well, you have to read on to understand it...  So, here we have the ACJC "super gym". I can see why it is super, there are heaps of machines around for various muscle groups in here.. See? Machines of every kind for muscles of every kind... Very impressive (sry bout the poor pic quality) There are even free weights! Haha, all i can do was support my friends today cos i din bring my PE attire... And of course, there are machines for Cardio workout, which basically trains your endurance and heart efficiency and all that stuff... Mainly for a good sweat la...So.. as you can see, ACJC has probably pumped in alot of money into building and maintaining this super gym. Also, you would have by now realised that it trains all sorts of muscle groups, from the top (deltoids, pectorals) to the bottom (calves, thighs). A really large array of machines, and if any of you are in ACJC, you should go to the gym, and for those that are not in ACJC, well.. here's another reason to go to ACJC... But you realise, that i said that the Gym has machines for all the various muscle groups. Even above the deltoids! YES!
